Representing both landlords and tenants in all areas of a current tenancy relationship. We are well verse in all the current legalities that go into establishing, maintaining, dissolving, or enforcing rights and remedies.
Understanding your rights as a unit owner, trustee, or managing association requires legal expertise. We have and continue to represent individuals, associations, and trusts in enforcing legal rights and obligations. We currently serve as the attorney for several condominium associations and have updated and amended current rules, regulations, and by-laws as needed.
